We will aim to process your request within 24 hours. If you are submitting your request over a weekend or bank holiday, we will process it on the next working day.
For most policies we do not cover:
- Odours
- Colour change
- General cleaning
- Cracking leather
- Wear and tear
- Animal chewing*
- Damage caused by perspiration
- Structural damage including textural changes, seam stitching separation, fraying and softening of interiors
- Faults which are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.
If this is not the case your terms and conditions will specifically detail what exactly your policy does cover.
